Dundee PDSA Pet Hospital, located in Dundee, is a vital resource for pet owners, particularly those on a low income who require affordable veterinary care. With a Google Maps rating of 4.2 stars from 62 reviews, the clinic provides essential services, including serving as a Veterinary Nurse Training facility.
The reviews offer a mixed yet generally positive picture. Several reviewers highlight the compassionate and skilled care offered by the staff. For instance, Paul Ogilvie praised Vet Mairi Nicolson for her kindness and patience during a difficult time, while the Thomas Family commended the prompt and effective response to their cat's urgent medical needs. Similarly, reviewer K H described the clinic as a "godsend," appreciating its non-profit nature and the peace of mind it offers to pet owners.
However, not all feedback is glowing. Damin Milkar expressed frustration with the clinic's communication channels, citing difficulties in reaching the clinic and delays in callbacks, which affected the timely administration of necessary vaccinations for a puppy. Despite these concerns, the overall sentiment from the reviews suggests a strong dedication to pet care and client satisfaction, with many reviewers expressing sincere gratitude for the services provided.
The Dundee PDSA Pet Hospital stands out for its commitment to the community, offering affordable and compassionate care, especially for those who might otherwise struggle to afford veterinary services. While there are areas for improvement, particularly in communication, the clinic's overall impact and service quality receive commendable recognition from its clientele.

Can't thank the vet team enough. I found something wrong with my cat, and they acted so quick to resolve the problem, sadly my cat had to have surgery but the team done the best thing for her ❤️ She has been quite the thing since being home and seems to be more of herself. Again thank you all 🙏 xx

This place is a god send. All the staff are brilliant. Peace of mind as not for profit or pushy. The pdsa hospital has been fantastic with my pets. Its a very much needed service for those on low income, value sound advice and vetinary service for their beloved animals.

Friendly staff. The vet was really nice even though our dog refused to let her examine him. She watched his movements as he objected and was at least 95% sure he hadn't broken anything. She prescribed anti inflammation and pain killer medicine and advice on how to care for him in the meantime. He is now on day 4 of 10 and is already greatly improved. He wouldn't be this good if he'd broken anything so I'm glad I trusted her judgement.
